24 Precision Golf: How a Veteran’s Vision and a Team of Golf Pros Are Redefining the Indoor Game in Arizona

By Dale Schaefer on July 14, 2025

In the heart of Arizona’s bustling golf scene, a new kind of facility is making waves. One that’s open 24/7, accessible to everyone from beginners to pros, and driven by a team of passionate golf professionals. At the center of it all is Eric Brasch, a Navy veteran, former mini-tour player, and now the head golf professional and co-founder of 24 Precision Golf. With a mission to make golf more accessible, affordable, and enjoyable for all, Eric and his partners have created something truly special in the Valley of the Sun.

A Golf Journey Like No Other

Eric Brasch’s love for golf began early, but his journey took a unique path. After serving in the U.S. Navy where he was injured and later medically discharged, Eric found solace and purpose on the golf course. He played on the mini-tours for years, traveling the country and honing his skills before settling into a career as a club professional and instructor in Arizona. Along the way, he helped launch developmental tours and taught at some of the most prestigious golf schools in the region.

But after decades in the industry, Eric realized something; if you don’t own a piece of the business, you’re always working for someone else. So, he stepped away from golf for a while, building a successful career in mortgage and financial planning. That changed when an old friend and fellow golf pro, Mike Garcia, reached out with a bold idea to open a state-of-the-art indoor golf facility that would put the focus squarely on the game and its players.

Building a Dream Team

Eric is quick to credit his partners for making 24 Precision Golf a reality. Mike Garcia, a longtime friend and fellow mini-tour player, is the financial backbone and another teaching pro at the facility. Simen Marstock, a realtor and lawyer, handles the nuts and bolts of the business, including website design, legal matters, and more. Together, the three have built a facility that’s not just a place to play, but a community hub for golfers of all ages and skill levels.

“I’m kind of the face of the operation,” Eric says, “but we’re all in this together. Mike and Simen have been instrumental in making this happen, and we’re all committed to making 24 Precision Golf the best it can be.”

A Facility Designed for Golfers, by Golfers

Located in a 3,850-square-foot space, 24 Precision Golf boasts two (soon to be three) high-end simulator bays and a sprawling putting and chipping area that sets it apart from other indoor golf venues. The simulators are top-of-the-line, offering access to more than 350 courses, including major championship venues like St. Andrews and Pebble Beach, with new courses added every month. Members can play a round at the same courses the pros are playing, in the same conditions, all from the comfort of an air-conditioned facility.

What really sets 24 Precision Golf apart is its focus on the player experience. The facility is open 24/7, with magnetic key code access that lets members book and play whenever it suits them. There’s no need for staff to be on-site at all hours, making it convenient for early birds, night owls, and everyone in between. Each member gets a tutorial on how to use the system, so they can make the most of their time without worrying about technical glitches.

A Business Model Built for the Future

The 24 Precision Golf business model is designed for sustainability and growth. With just 25 memberships needed to break even, the team is focused on building a loyal community of golfers who value quality, convenience, and camaraderie. Membership packages include a set number of bay hours per month, with additional hours and lessons available at a discount. The facility also hosts leagues, corporate outings, and special events, making it a true destination for golfers in the Valley.

Looking ahead, Eric and his partners have big plans. They’re already in talks with potential franchisees in Denver, Idaho, and even Cabo San Lucas, and they’re exploring ways to expand their reach and impact. The goal is to create a network of 24 Precision Golf facilities across the country and maybe even own a traditional golf course or two down the road.

Community and Giving Back

For Eric, 24 Precision Golf is about more than just business. As a disabled veteran and certified PGA HOPE instructor, he’s committed to giving back to the community, especially to fellow veterans and underserved youth. The facility offers deep discounts for veterans on bay time and lessons, and Eric regularly volunteers at clinics and charity events. He’s also partnered with local nonprofits to bring inner-city kids to the facility for lessons and mentorship, helping to grow the game and make it more inclusive.

“A lot of people talk about supporting veterans and the community, but they don’t always put their money where their mouth is,” Eric says. “We’re trying to do things differently. We want to walk the walk, not just talk the talk.”

A Vision for the Future of Golf

The rise of indoor golf facilities like 24 Precision Golf is part of a larger trend in the sport. With advanced simulators, flexible hours, and a focus on player experience, these venues are making golf more accessible and enjoyable for everyone—regardless of weather, time constraints, or skill level. For Eric and his team, the future is bright.

“Our goal is to make golf available to anyone who wants to play,” Eric says. “Whether you’re a seasoned pro or just starting out, we want you to feel welcome here. We want to help you get better, have fun, and be part of a community that loves the game as much as we do.”
