“I’ll never work for anybody else again,” Stan Williams says without hesitation. Not out of anger—but out of clarity. For him, freedom was never about escaping work. It was about owning his destiny.

“Not all money is good money,” he says. “I choose distance over drama.”

But Stan is quick to shift the focus away from himself.

But for Stan, success isn’t measured only in numbers.
