From Red Bank roots to global experience, Justin Berke and his Panorama Call Solutions team keep businesses connected one call, one client, one relationship at a time.
Red Bank, NJ – When you meet Justin Berke, you quickly realize Panorama Call Solutions is more than just a business; it’s an extension of his life’s work and values. A Red Bank native, a lifelong Yankee fan, a husband of nearly 30 years, and a proud father of two daughters, Justin has built his company on the same foundation that has guided his personal life: connection, commitment, and community.

Justin’s journey to founding Panorama Call Solutions in 2024 weaves together decades of leadership and a devotion to family. After spending years in the restaurant industry, he shifted into educational travel, eventually serving as Vice President of Global Operations at WorldStrides, managing teams across the globe. But when his mother suffered a stroke, Justin decided to return home to support his family. That pivot, rooted in love and responsibility, sparked the creation of Panorama.
“I wanted to take the skills I had honed leading international teams and build something here at home that mattered for local business owners,” Justin reflects. “Panorama gives me the chance to stay true to my values while helping others grow theirs.”
Panorama specializes in four core services:
But to Justin, it’s never just about the services. It’s about giving entrepreneurs, professionals, and small business owners the peace of mind that someone has their back when they’re focused on running their business.
Behind Panorama’s success is a team of 15 agents and managers, spread across Red Bank and Mérida, Mexico. Justin is quick to give them all the credit. “This has been a real team venture. Without their dedication, their willingness to roll up their sleeves, and their belief in what we’re building, Panorama wouldn’t exist. I’m grateful every day for them.”
Community service has long been part of Justin’s story. Years ago, he was active in Rotary in Massachusetts, even earning awards for his involvement. Now back in Red Bank, he’s recently been inducted into the Red Bank Rotary chapter, reconnecting with service work close to home. He’s also a member of the Eastern Monmouth Area Chamber of Commerce, the Monmouth-Ocean Development Council, and BNI’s Bell Works A-Team, making sure Panorama is as plugged into the local business community as it is into the phone lines.
When Justin isn’t leading Panorama, you’ll likely find him with his wife of nearly three decades and their two daughters, both now living in Red Bank. Baseball also runs deep in the Berke household. Justin is a diehard Yankees fan, a love he’s passed down to his children. “At the end of the day,” he says, “family is why I do this. Panorama gives me the flexibility to work hard while being present for the people who matter most.” As Panorama grows, Justin is clear about the kind of future he envisions: measured, meaningful, and personal. He doesn’t want a sprawling, impersonal corporation, but a thriving business built on trust, long-term relationships, and the ability to always grab a cup of coffee with a client.
“I want our clients to know they’re not just another account number. They’re part of the Panorama family.”
