A quick background on how we came up with the company name: Our son’s name is Giancarlo Rocco, he was born in August, and we offer services = GR8 Services LLC.
GR8 Services LLC is redefining how individuals and organizations approach safety and emergency preparedness. Based in New Jersey and entirely mobile, this innovative company brings expert-led CPR, First Aid, AED, and Active Shooter Prevention Training straight to your location.
With one clear mission—to create safer communities by equipping people with essential life-saving skills—GR8 Services LLC is more than just a training service. It’s a unique program born from real-world experience, designed to ensure you’re ready when it matters most.
At the helm of GR8 Services are founders who bring firsthand knowledge from high-stakes environments. Sam, a former police officer and Army National Guard soldier, has spent years responding to critical incidents. Co-founder Jacqueline, known by most as Jaci, is a former pediatric ER nurse who went on to be a school director and is now a master’s student pursuing a Ph.D. in child psychology at Seton Hall University. Together, their experience spans law enforcement, emergency medical care, and educational leadership.
This combination of expertise forms the backbone of GR8 Services’ unique teaching approach. Their training takes lessons learned from real emergencies and delivers them in a way that’s both relatable and practical.
“We don’t train with the goal of passing a test,” the founder explains. “We train to give you the confidence to act in real life. If you’re doing CPR, someone’s life depends on what you’re doing, and that’s not something we sugarcoat. Our method is raw, straightforward, and interactive.”
Gone are the days of sitting through lengthy, lecture-style training sessions. GR8 Services prides itself on delivering impactful training in just two hours without compromising on quality. The program cuts out unnecessary filler and focuses purely on what participants need to know in life-or-death situations.
“Emergencies don’t wait, and neither do we,” says Jaci. “Our sessions are designed to be fast but effective, ensuring participants leave not just certified but genuinely prepared.”
GR8 Services caters to various audiences, including early childcare providers, educators, college students, motorcycle clubs, social workers, and even grandparents. Each session is tailored to meet the specific needs of the group involved, whether they want to ensure regulatory compliance, enhance workplace safety, or simply gain peace of mind.
One of GR8 Services’ standout features is its focus on hands-on practice. The founders believe that written tests and memorized answers don’t prepare people to act when there’s a crisis. Instead, participants are tested based on their confidence and capability to deliver essential aid.
“During our workshops, we play background noise, ask tough questions, even yell, recreating the stressful environment of an actual emergency,” the founder shares. “Life doesn’t pause in a crisis, and neither does our training. It’s as real as it gets.”
Accessibility stands at the heart of GR8 Services. This mobile training company eliminates the need for clients to travel by bringing its expertise directly to them. Whether it’s a daycare center, corporate office, or community event, they deliver the resources and instruction required to make any environment safer.
Social media platforms like Instagram (@gr8servicesllc) and search engines like Google have become vital tools for connecting with clients. Positive word-of-mouth referrals and glowing reviews have also helped this budding business grow its reach.
“We take pride in maintaining direct, personal connections with our clients,” says Jaci. “It’s not just about completing a session. It’s about building trust in who we are and what we teach.”
