Originally from New Jersey, McDougal has called West Virginia home for the past seven years. Her move to this state was driven by a desire to offer a more intimate and dedicated travel service, far removed from the often impersonal experiences found in larger firms. As a devoted New York Giants fan, she brings her own unique flair and enthusiasm to her work, adding a personal touch to every client interaction.
