Consult and BridalBloom. Both ventures reflect her passion for beauty, business, and community. Her unique background in corporate management and her hands-on experience as a hairstylist empower her to blend creativity with strategy seamlessly.
NAS.Consult is more than an educational platform—it’s a thriving professional community. Focused on nurturing beauty artists who want to transition from salon employees to self-employed professionals, NAS.Consult offers mentorships, workshops, and events. These aren’t your typical classes. Alena and her team focus on building managerial skills, helping artists avoid burnout, and providing practical, real-world advice.
What makes NAS.Consult stand out is its mission. With a team of 12—80% of whom came from the NAS.Consult community—Alena has created a space that fosters growth and connection. She’s also working on a membership system to make her educational resources even more accessible.
BridalBloom is Alena’s second venture and her newest passion. Launched in late 2023 after months of preparation, BridalBloom offers a full suite of beauty services for weddings, including hair, makeup, nails, skincare, and grooming. Serving New York City and nearby states like Connecticut, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania, BridalBloom is already fully booked for the upcoming fall season.
The standout feature? BridalBloom is a one-stop-shop for all things bridal beauty. With a team of 12 professionals, including estheticians and barbers, Alena ensures that the entire bridal party—from the bride to the groom—looks and feels their best on the big day.
Alena’s personal journey is one of resilience and determination. After working in Russia’s corporate sector, she moved to the U.S. and started from scratch. Her goal was never just to build a business—it was to build a legacy. She’s especially passionate about helping beauty artists understand what it really takes to go freelance and succeed in this fast-paced industry.
She’s currently laying the foundation to launch a physical location where both her educational and service-based offerings can live under one roof. It’s a bold vision—and one that’s well on its way.
In the future, Alena plans to allocate 10% of her profits to support aspiring beauty artists who lack the resources to pursue their passion. Whether through scholarships or training programs, she aims to give others the kind of opportunity she created for herself.
Despite her busy schedule, Alena still finds joy in her work. She considers her career her hobby and takes pride in mixing her love for creativity with her business acumen. She also enjoys spending time with her young daughter, who brings another layer of joy to her life.
