Her journey into the food industry began over 20 years ago when she managed restaurants for a major chain. Her love for the industry led her to the decision that her next venture would be as a business owner, not an employee.

The Original Hot Dog Factory offers over 25 varieties of hot dogs, all made with 100% certified Angus beef, along with other menu items like wings, burgers, funnel cake sticks, and vegetarian options.

She is the founder of Staying the Course, a nonprofit organization that supports youth programs and initiatives focused on young women and girls ages 10 to 18.
