PSMN - space for people to communicate respectfully and move forward with confidence

A Calm Voice Guiding Families, Individuals, and Workplaces

Jessica Dolin, founder of Pathway Solutions Mediation & Notary, has built a business rooted in clarity, fairness, and genuine human connection. As a certified mediator and professional notary public, she supports individuals, families, and businesses through some of life’s most challenging conversations. Her goal is simple: create space for people to communicate respectfully and move forward with confidence.

Bringing Mediation Into the Modern Age

Jessica specializes in virtual mediation, allowing her to work with clients across the country. For notary work, she proudly serves communities across Texas. From family disagreements to workplace friction, she facilitates conversations with neutrality and compassion. Virtual mediation gives her the ability to place clients in breakout rooms when emotions run high—making the process more comfortable, efficient, and private.

A Lifelong Calling

Although Jessica formally became certified in May, mediation has been part of her life since childhood. She completed her first peer mediation course in elementary school, and the principles she learned then have guided her ever since. After exploring multiple career paths—from cosmetology to entrepreneurship—she realized mediation was the common thread that aligned naturally with her purpose: helping people in meaningful ways.

A Culturally Informed Approach

One of the qualities that sets Jessica apart is her unique cultural perspective. As a Latina mediator in an industry where Latina professionals make up less than 7%, she brings representation, understanding, and bilingual services to a community that often goes underserved. She understands the importance of meeting people where they are, especially when navigating conflicts within diverse communities.

Deep Roots and Broad Experience

Raised in rural Georgia by a Mexican father and an Alabama-born mother, Jessica grew up surrounded by different cultures, perspectives, and lived experiences. This gave her a rare understanding of the challenges faced by immigrant families, agricultural workers, and communities that often lack support. Today, this background influences the way she serves her clients—with empathy, respect, and genuine insight.

Building a Business in Texas

Jessica and her family moved to Texas several years ago and instantly felt at home. Houston’s diversity, opportunity, and welcoming spirit made it the perfect place to launch her business. Here, she works to fill a growing need: professional, bilingual mediation and notary services delivered with a modern, personal touch.

The People’s Mediator

Jessica proudly refers to herself as “the people’s mediator.” Her goal is to be relatable and accessible to the individuals she serves. As a millennial balancing family, work, and life’s many responsibilities, she understands exactly what many of her clients are navigating. This relatability—paired with training in workplace mediation, trauma-informed practices, and entrepreneurship—allows her to guide clients with confidence and understanding.

Supporting the Community

Jessica offers introductory-rate mediation sessions for both family and workplace cases, making her services more accessible to those who need support. She also donates to her local school district and is expanding into public workshops. Her upcoming sessions include training business owners and managers on preventing toxic workplace culture before it starts.

Life Outside the Office

When she’s not mediating or notarizing, Jessica enjoys movies, reading, painting, and spending time with her three children and her two dogs—a playful Weimaraner and a rescued boxer mix. These creative outlets help her stay grounded while balancing entrepreneurship and family life.

Looking Forward

Pathway Solutions Mediation & Notary continues to grow, and Jessica is excited for what’s ahead. With excellent reviews already rolling in and community workshops underway, she is committed to expanding her impact and offering resources that help people resolve conflict with dignity.

If you’re looking for a calm, compassionate, and culturally informed guide through life’s challenging conversations, Jessica is ready to help you find the best path forward.
