Mobile Notary San Jose

Imagine this – you are home and you receive some very important documents that you need to have notarized today, not tomorrow. You look at the clock and it’s already 4:45pm. There is no way you can make it anywhere to get it done. What do you do? You call Evelio Vaquerano at Mobile Notary San Jose of course! Evelio will come to you and help you with what you need notarized, 24 hours per day, seven days per week.

Mobile Notary San Jose provides service to the following areas: Santa Clara, San Mateo, Alameda and surrounding counties. Evelio will travel anywhere in the state of California, and states, “I provide a fast and professional notary service”. The cities that Evelio covers are: Campbell, Milpitas, Cupertino, Palo Alto, Evergreen, Mountain View, Los Altos, San Jose, Stanford, Sunnyvale, Los Gatos, Saratoga, Santa Clara and San Mateo. The services he provides are as follows: escrow documents, grant deeds, quit claim deeds, affidavits of title, and notes of contracts. They can also deliver completed documents overnight via Fed-Ex, UPS or Express Mail. He can also notarize affidavits, powers of attorney, trusts, wills, acknowledgements, bills of sale, authorizations to travel out of the country, and other important documents. Evelio is also bilingual.

Evelio has been in business for 14 years. I asked what he thought set him apart from his competition. This is what he had to say, “I am an experienced mobile notary, certified notary signing agent service and member of the National Notary Association. We will travel to banks, financial institutions, title companies, senior centers, convalescent homes, retirement homes, your place of business or your residence any day of the week.” I then asked why he went into this particular business.

“When I purchased my condo, I saw the cost of the mobile notary. I went and got my certificate, and now I have a very lucrative business,” Evelio replied.

I was curious about Evelio and what his life outside of the business was like, so I asked him some questions geared more towards his personal life. He was born in El Salvador and moved to San Jose 26 years ago. He is married with one child. I asked Evelio what the most significant event that has ever happened to him was, and he said, “Emigrating to the US and making use of the advantages and opportunities this has provided me”. In his spare time, he enjoys reading, walking and wine tasting. He is also a fan of the football team at the University he attended, the Spartans.

I asked if Evelio provides any discounts. This was his reply, “For military people, my signature is always free, I charge only for the trip”. He volunteers with an organization that works with and advises disadvantaged students. He is a member of the National Notary Association and the National Enrolled Agent Association. Evelio is both a certified notary and a certified enrolled agent. I asked Evelio if he could share a tip for someone looking for a notary, what it would be. “Confirm that the notary is knowledgeable in the area you require service. Take note of their attention to detail and make sure they are certified in the field of service you require,” he replied.
