Palm Beach County is known for its beaches, sunshine, and growing community of self-made entrepreneurs. One of those entrepreneurs is Gianni Oliva, better known as Oli, the founder of Cashflow Investing Inc—a financial education company focused on Forex trading and long-term wealth-building strategies.
Oli didn’t just stumble into trading. It all began when he was just 13 years old, introduced to Forex trading by his father. Although it didn’t stick initially, a chance encounter years later with someone successfully trading Forex reignited his interest. With no access to traditional career paths, Oli leaned into trading as a means to support himself and create a better life. Today, that experience fuels his passion for teaching others how to grow wealth through disciplined investing.
Founded in 2021, Cashflow Investing Inc has grown into a learning hub for over 350 paid students nationwide. The program provides a mix of pre-recorded lessons, daily community trade discussions, and weekly live sessions. Students don’t just learn trading strategies—they build a mindset. As Oli puts it, “It’s not about getting rich. It’s about learning how to make your money work for you.”
Cashflow Investing primarily attracts young adults in their 20s, though students range from 18 to over 70. Many are looking to escape limited job opportunities or supplement their income. While Florida and Chicago are their strongest markets, the community stretches across the U.S., with students in Ohio, California, Nebraska, and beyond.
What started as a simple Telegram group has evolved into a robust learning experience. The upcoming Cashflow 3.0 version includes a custom-built mobile app combining educational content and community engagement. Students can watch training videos, track Oli’s trades, and interact with each other—all in one place. Live streams will soon increase to three to five times a week, giving students more access than ever before.
Like many entrepreneurs, Oli faced challenges building his business. A failed marketing partnership cost him $10,000, forcing him to learn and rebuild his backend systems from scratch. Instead of quitting, he taught himself how to manage automation, funnels, and email marketing, demonstrating the same resilience he teaches his students.
Oli didn’t initially set out to be an educator. But as he shared his journey online, more and more people asked for his guidance. He began teaching in 2021, and soon fell in love with the process. “I get to connect with people, help them, and stay sharp with my own trading,” he says. “It’s a win-win.”
Oli enjoys the perks of living near the beach with his longtime partner. When he’s not trading or teaching, you can find him working out, exploring the outdoors, or planning their next foodie adventure. Their latest? Shark tooth hunting in Peace River and trips to the Keys.
Cashflow Investing Inc is preparing for its biggest relaunch yet, aiming to help 100 students make their first trading withdrawal. With a $1,000 lifetime membership and flexible payment plans, the program focuses on real skills over flashy promises. Oli is also exploring new mentorship offerings and strategies to reach a wider audience, including older adults who are financially ready to invest.
Oli believes that anyone willing to learn and stay disciplined can succeed—in trading or in business. His top advice? “Master sales, communication, and discipline. These skills open doors everywhere.” And when it comes to investing, he keeps it simple: “Don’t leave your money sitting. Learn how to grow it.”
