Gil’s approach to business and life was profoundly influenced by his late brother, who passed away just before his 20th birthday. “He taught me not to run from conflict,” Gil reflects. “He taught me to face conflict head on and work through obstacles instead of running away from them.” This lesson shapes how Gil approaches challenging transactions and difficult situations, ensuring that problems get solved rather than avoided.
