Nestled just outside the charming village of Glendale, Conny’s life revolves around health, community, and nature. As a certified functional diagnostic nutrition practitioner, Conny’s mission is to guide people toward living fully by understanding the powerful connection between their environment, lifestyle, and overall well-being.
Her journey is deeply rooted in her experience as a healthcare professional with over 25 years in the field. While her background as a nurse practitioner provides a solid foundation, her passion for helping people heal holistically took her in a different direction—focusing on functional nutrition and empowering clients to take charge of their health.
For Conny, clients are more than just numbers—they are individuals placing their trust in her to guide them toward a better life. “I’m so grateful that people trust me on their journey. It’s such an honor to be part of their transformation,” she says.
Her business isn’t about quick fixes or fleeting results; it’s about creating meaningful and lasting change. Whether it’s improving energy, overcoming health challenges, or simply living with greater vitality, Conny’s approach emphasizes the importance of a supportive environment—both internally and externally.
“Just like a garden needs water and care to thrive, our bodies need the right environment to flourish. If we continue to neglect what nourishes us and allow ‘weeds’ to grow, we’ll never truly feel our best,” Conny explains. It’s this kind of nurturing mindset that has drawn clients to her practice.
Conny’s personal life mirrors the philosophy she brings to her clients. Living on a small farm, she spends her days gardening, caring for animals, and enjoying the outdoors—even in the cold. “I make it a point to get outside every day, even if it’s just for an hour. Fresh air and sunlight are so important,” she shares.
She and her husband, who share a love for adventure, spend their summers wakeboarding and water skiing. In addition to outdoor activities, Conny enjoys preserving food from her garden, ensuring her pantry is stocked with wholesome, homemade goods. For her, these hobbies aren’t just pastimes—they’re a way of staying connected to nature and embracing a healthy lifestyle.
Conny’s love for Glendale and its close-knit community is evident. From seasonal festivals to neighbors who feel like family, she cherishes the sense of connection her small-town life provides. “Everyone knows everyone here. It’s so special to have that kind of support and camraderie,” she says.
While the area has seen some changes with new industrial projects, Conny remains grounded in the village’s traditions and its unwavering spirit. Events like Spring Fest and the Crossing Festival are highlights that bring the community together year after year.
When asked about the future of her business, Conny focuses not on numbers but on the impact she hopes to make. “In five years, I want to have helped people live fully. It’s not about stats for me—it’s about improving lives,” she says.
As awareness of the connection between health and environment grows, Conny is optimistic that more people will seek out her guidance. Her ultimate goal is to empower clients to rediscover their body’s innate ability to heal and thrive.
Conny’s advice to anyone looking to improve their well-being is simple yet profound: “Our bodies are amazing and capable of healing themselves when we give them the right tools. It’s about removing the harmful elements and nourishing ourselves with what we truly need.”
Through her work and her way of life, Conny continues to inspire those around her to embrace healthier, more fulfilling lives. Whether it’s through her business or her vibrant presence in the Glendale community, her impact is undeniable.
