Angelina Frost knows burnout like an old friend. In the late 90s, she was living what seemed like the dream: working from home, raising her young children, and successfully managing a career in talent acquisition. But beneath the surface, she felt like an imposter, caught in a relentless cycle of stress and self-doubt. Without realizing it, she was on a collision course with burnout—something few people talked about at the time.

“I hit a wall, and I hit it hard,” Angelina recalls. “Back then, burnout was something associated with healthcare workers and therapists, not business professionals. But I knew something had to change.”

That realization led her down a path of deep personal discovery—one that would eventually shape her career as a leadership coach specializing in burnout prevention and recovery.

A Mission to Change Leadership from the Inside Out

Today, Angelina runs her coaching practice in the San Francisco Bay Area, helping business leaders and professionals navigate the complexities of leadership without sacrificing their well-being. Her approach is unique because she doesn’t just address burnout at the surface level. Instead, she dives deep, helping her clients develop personal leadership—the kind that fosters resilience, clarity, and a sustainable sense of purpose.

“Much of what I see written about burnout offers band-aid solutions. My work is about real transformation. It’s about teaching people how to lead from a place of authenticity and self-trust,” she explains.

Her clients—business leaders and mom professionals—come to her seeking guidance, often feeling like they’re running on empty. Through a combination of coaching, deep inqury, and purpose-oriented strategies, Angelina helps them regain control, redefine success, and lead with confidence.

A Personal Journey That Fuels Her Work

Angelina’s coaching philosophy is deeply influenced by her own experience. After her battle with burnout, she enrolled in a course on purpose. That course led her to her mentor, Brian Franklin, who trained her in the art of coaching.

“That course changed my life. It helped me align my work with my deeper purpose,” she shares. “Now, I help others bridge that same gap—between what they do for a living and what truly matters to them.”

Her journey also extends into motherhood, a role she cherishes. She’s raised two children in Marin County, where she’s lived since the late 80s, and is now a proud grandmother. “Motherhood was the beginning of a new level of self-discovery for me. It’s one of the most profound leadership roles there is.”

More Than a Business—A Movement

For Angelina, coaching isn’t just a career; it’s a movement. She envisions a cultural shift where leadership isn’t about burnout-driven hustle and grind but about deep personal alignment. “Our culture is shaped by the conversations we have—starting with the ones we have with ourselves. If we can transform those, we can change the way we lead, work, and live.”

Her work is already making waves. With glowing LinkedIn reviews and a growing network of professionals seeking her guidance, Angelina’s impact is undeniable. Her cherished assistant  plays a key role in expanding her reach, managing her branding and social media presence to connect with even more leaders in need of her expertise.

Looking Ahead: Big Visions, Big Conversations

In the next five years, Angelina hopes to take her message to an even larger audience. She dreams of sitting down with thought leaders like Mel Robbins, Marianne Williamson, and Brené Brown—engaging in conversations that challenge conventional ideas about leadership and success.

“I want to be in the room where these conversations are happening,” she says. “Because leadership isn’t just about strategy—it’s about the inner work. And if we change the way we lead, we change everything.”

For professionals feeling the weight of burnout, Angelina Frost is a beacon of hope. She’s been there, and she knows the way forward. Her message is clear: burnout isn’t the end. It’s the beginning of something new. Stay tuned for her upcoming book release Beyond Burnout – For Business People and Mom Professionals.
