Sometimes the strongest businesses are born from personal resilience. For Jayna K. Palmer, founder of By Faith, Jayna K, LLC, her journey began during one of life’s toughest seasons. After navigating her own challenges, she discovered a powerful calling—to help others find stability, confidence, and joy in their daily lives.

Based in Lincoln, Nebraska, Jayna works as a community coach, supporting individuals as they reintegrate into society. Her clients are often those adjusting to new jobs, community activities, or personal changes. Through mentorship, encouragement, and practical guidance, Jayna helps people feel included, capable, and connected.
Each day brings new opportunities to make a difference. Sometimes that means joining a client on a walk around Holmes Lake, other times it’s a visit to the Lincoln Children’s Zoo or a museum. These experiences are more than outings—they’re confidence builders that help clients rediscover joy in community life.
Jayna’s passion for her work grew from her own experiences during the pandemic. When job uncertainty was widespread, she found purpose in helping others navigate life’s transitions—whether connecting them with housing resources, assisting with job searches, or offering emotional support.
“I wanted to create something that allowed me to help people the way I wish someone could’ve helped me,” Jayna shared. “Now, I get to walk with others as they rebuild.”
The name “By Faith” is more than a business title—it’s a reflection of Jayna’s belief in perseverance, compassion, and hope. Her mission is grounded in empathy and encouragement, reminding others that every challenge can become a stepping stone toward growth.
She’s also deeply involved in community outreach, supporting local efforts to feed and shelter those in need. Through both her business and her volunteer work, Jayna continues to make a meaningful impact in Nebraska.
Outside of coaching, Jayna finds joy in spoken word poetry, reading, swimming, and traveling—creative outlets that keep her inspired and connected. Her poetry, often rooted in themes of healing and strength, helps her engage with others on a deeper level. She also hosts a podcast called Journey to Freedom: Where Hope Takes Root
“I love listening to people,” she says. “Everyone has a story worth sharing. If you don’t like the truth, you can always make a change.”
Three years into her business, Jayna is focused on sustainable growth—building strong relationships, nurturing community partnerships, and continuing to serve her clients with dedication and heart.
Through every interaction, she embodies the belief that transformation begins with understanding and compassion. In her words: “Life gives us many reasons to give up—but helping others gives me every reason to keep going.”
