Julie’s journey into the world of special education and ABA began on a personal level. As a mother to a daughter with spina bifida, she experienced firsthand the profound impact that dedicated therapists and educators can have on a child’s life. “My daughter’s first physical therapist, Ms. Anna, was incredible,” Julie shares. “She not only provided excellent care but also taught me so much. That experience inspired me to become someone who could help families in a similar way.”

Over the years, Julie transitioned from a classroom teacher to a program specialist, working directly with school districts to provide training and consultation. However, she quickly realized that many of the existing strategies weren’t always accessible or easy to implement for teachers and parents. Within the next five years, she hopes to transition into running the business full-time, moving away from her current role within a school district. “I want to help schools go beyond just ‘checking the box’ when it comes to special education training. I want to see meaningful skill-building that enhances the quality of life for these students.
