Willacoochee, GA – In veteran-owned businesses, few names shine as brightly as Adam Peters. As the founder of Strategic Veteran, Adam has dedicated his life to helping fellow veterans transition successfully into civilian life. His innovative approach combines community building, coaching, and mentorship, making him an industry leader in the veteran support sector.
A Journey Rooted in Service

Adam Peters’ story begins in a small town in southern Indiana where he was born and raised. After graduating high school, Adam joined the Army, seeking adventure and a way out of small-town life.
“The Army was my ticket out,” he recalls. “It opened my eyes to a world of possibilities and different perspectives.”
During his 13 years of active duty, Adam experienced firsthand the challenges of military life and the difficulties of transitioning back to civilian life. These experiences fueled his passion for helping other veterans navigate their transitions.
“I’ve learned more in my travels than I ever could have if I’d stayed in one place,” he says.
Building Strategic Veteran
Adam founded Strategic Veteran in November 2023 with a clear mission: to provide veterans with a supportive community and the necessary resources to succeed in civilian life.
“The name came from interactions and engagements with other veterans on LinkedIn,” Adam explains. “It resonated with people, and I ran with it.”
Strategic Veteran offers a paid community, one-on-one coaching, and a podcast. “Our main revenue driver is the community,” Adam says. “We offer networking opportunities, access to a group chat, and onboarding processes to help members make the most of the community.”
A Holistic Approach to Transition
Adam’s approach is holistic, addressing not only the professional but also the mental and emotional aspects of transitioning. “Our goal is to change the military mindset to a more growth-oriented, business-focused one,” he explains.
“We offer courses on marketing, copywriting, and graphic design, and we provide one-on-one coaching to address specific needs.”
One of the key components of Strategic Veteran is The Stronghold, a community within the community that focuses on mental health and personal growth.
“We launched The Stronghold officially on August 1st,” Adam says. “It’s about giving veterans the tools they need to succeed, whether with business advice or help with mental health.”
Impacting Lives

Adam’s work has already had a profound impact on many veterans. “Before I released the first episode of the podcast, I was contacted by a veteran who was struggling,” Adam recalls.
“He said that listening to our conversations gave him the perspective he needed to seek help. That’s the kind of impact we’re aiming for.”
Looking Ahead
The future of Strategic Veteran looks bright. Adam plans to expand the community, add more courses, and bring experts to provide specialized knowledge.
“We’re continuously gathering feedback from our members to improve and grow,” he says. “We want to be the go-to resource for veterans looking to transition successfully.”
Adam Peters is more than just a business owner; he’s a mentor, a coach, and a symbol of hope for many veterans. If you or someone you know is a veteran struggling with the transition to civilian life, Strategic Veteran is here to help.
Join the community, access valuable resources, and connect with like-minded individuals. Together, we can make the transition smoother and more successful.
