Autumn Seldon is the founder of MET Agency Sports, a growing sports management and digital branding agency based just south of Atlanta, Georgia. With a background rooted in both professional leadership and lived experience as a parent of elite athletes, Autumn has built a business that supports athletes and families at every stage of their journey. Her work blends strategy, advocacy, and genuine care, making MET Agency Sports a trusted name in a rapidly evolving space.

Before launching MET Agency Sports, Autumn spent more than two decades in IT project management, financial services, and compliance-driven industries. While her professional career was thriving, her personal life was deeply connected to sports. As a parent of two Division I athletes, she became heavily involved in recruitment, branding, and navigating collegiate athletics.
Through this experience, Autumn gained firsthand insight into how complex and overwhelming the sports landscape can be for athletes and their families. That exposure ultimately inspired her to turn her lifestyle into her profession. MET Agency Sports officially opened its doors in late 2023, bringing structure, guidance, and professionalism to an industry that is constantly changing.
MET Agency Sports is a national agency that specializes in athlete management and digital branding. The agency works with athletes, content creators, and former athletes to help them build strong personal brands and create long-term opportunities.
The core of the business is management. MET Agency Sports acts as a trusted liaison between athletes, families, universities, and brands. This includes guidance on recruitment, support during the collegiate journey, and representation during name, image, and likeness (NIL) negotiations. By handling the administrative and strategic side of the business, the agency allows athletes to stay focused on their sport, academics, and personal growth.
In addition to management, MET Agency Sports provides branding, content strategy, and consultative support. The goal is to increase visibility, attract aligned opportunities, and help athletes make informed decisions that support both their present and future.

We have our first NFL prospect in 2026 draft. Myles GHO$T Rowser-Defensive Back out of Arizona State. He’s one of our first agency clients. He’s also my son. He selected and will compete in the East & West Shrine Bowl on 1/27/26.
While MET Agency Sports is headquartered in the Atlanta area, the agency operates nationally. Most services are delivered virtually, allowing the team to work with athletes and families across the country. This flexible model ensures accessibility while maintaining a high level of personalized service.
Autumn originally hails from Detroit, Michigan, and relocated to Georgia for both lifestyle and opportunity. The move positioned her business in a region that continues to grow as a hub for athletics, training, and recruitment.
One unique aspect of MET Agency Sports is its commitment to supporting athletes early in their journey. The agency works with families starting as young as elementary school age, focusing on education, preparation, and long-term planning.
Rather than rushing athletes into opportunities, the emphasis is on compliance, informed decision-making, and building a solid foundation. Parents play a central role in the process, and MET Agency Sports works closely with families to ensure alignment, transparency, and trust.
Beyond client work, Autumn is deeply involved in athlete advocacy. She serves on the executive committee for the Parental Advisory Group with athletes.org, an organization focused on protecting athlete rights and promoting fairness within collegiate sports.
This advocacy work reflects the broader mission of MET Agency Sports: to be a reliable resource in an industry where clarity and guidance are essential. Education around compliance, financial literacy, and long-term planning is a key part of how the agency delivers value.
Community involvement is an important part of Autumn’s work. MET Agency Sports supports youth-focused initiatives and athletic camps designed to make sports more accessible. These efforts are centered on giving young athletes opportunities to learn, grow, and participate regardless of background.
The agency believes that sports can be a powerful vehicle for confidence, discipline, and opportunity. By investing time and resources into community programs, MET Agency Sports extends its impact beyond individual clients.
When she’s not working with athletes and families, Autumn enjoys bike riding and spending time outdoors. Living in a quieter part of the Atlanta area allows her to recharge and maintain balance alongside the demands of running a growing business.
She also values volunteer work and ongoing involvement in organizations that support athletes and parents, reinforcing her commitment to service both professionally and personally.
MET Agency Sports continues to grow alongside the evolving NIL and collegiate athletics landscape. As regulations, opportunities, and expectations change, Autumn remains focused on building an agency that adapts while staying grounded in trust, education, and advocacy.
Through MET Agency Sports, Autumn Seldon is helping athletes and families navigate their journeys with confidence, clarity, and support—proving that strong businesses are often built from lived experience and a genuine desire to help others succeed.
