Meet Hutton of Irie Girl a Global Fashion Brand

Shop Irie Girl - Women and Children Clothing

There’s nothing quite like the feeling of helping someone look and feel their best. It’s what fuels everything behind Shop Irie Girl. What started as a side gig between television production jobs has transformed into a global fashion brand run by one woman: me.

Shop Irie Girl - Women and Children Clothing

I’m Hutton Salvatore, founder and CEO of Shop Irie Girl, an e-commerce store that celebrates every stage of womanhood from girlhood to motherhood. Irie is a Jamaican word that means peace, and it’s also the name of my daughter. Our brand is built on that same foundation of calm, confidence, and joy.

From Film Sets to Fashion Pop-Ups

Before Shop Irie Girl, I worked in the TV and film industry. When the pandemic hit, production came to a standstill. I found myself searching for a new way to fuel my creativity. That’s when the first pop-up happened. I sold women’s clothing locally while in between shows, and the idea slowly blossomed into something bigger.

Now, five years later, I’m all in. I stepped away from my film career and poured everything into Shop Irie Girl. With worldwide shipping and a growing customer base, it’s become more than I could have imagined.

Building a Brand Around Peace and Confidence

Fashion is more than fabric it’s a feeling. At Shop Irie Girl, we make sure every piece of clothing empowers our customers to show up as their best selves. Whether it’s a casual weekend look or something to celebrate a big life milestone, our goal is to help women feel beautiful and confident.

Our ideal customers are women between 25 to 35 who appreciate self-expression and style. Many are navigating the changes of adulthood moving, growing careers, starting families. They want clothing that matches the many roles they play and the peace they’re seeking along the way.

What Sets Us Apart: Customer Service with Confidence

One thing I’m most proud of is our customer service. It’s not just about shipping clothes it’s about serving people. I handle every order personally. That means fast responses, thoughtful packaging, and a commitment to making sure every customer is happy. It’s the kind of experience that turns first-time buyers into loyal fans.

We also offer perks to make shopping even sweeter: 10% off for first-time visitors, an affiliate program with 20% commission, and discounts for our affiliate partners. Plus, we support causes close to our heart like our local church and domestic violence prevention organizations.

Balancing Motherhood and Entrepreneurship

Running a global brand as a one-woman show isn’t easy, especially with two young kids. But becoming a mom taught me how to lead. I’ve learned how to manage time, prioritize, and grow through the chaos. My family’s support has been everything from beach bike rides to late-night packing sessions.

A Style Movement That Feels Like Home

Shop Irie Girl isn’t just a clothing brand. It’s a space for women to feel seen, celebrated, and inspired. Every drop we launch is curated with care, and every collection tells a story. And while we may be rooted in California, our heart is in every package we send worldwide.

Irie isn’t just a name. It’s our promise. Everything’s Irie.
