Priyanka Villanassery is a dedicated and innovative pediatric physical therapist who has recently established herself in Las Vegas. She is the founder of Baby Bliss Physical Therapy, a business that uniquely combines physical therapy with emotional regulation to help parents teach their babies to regulate emotions through movement and mindset techniques.
From Michigan to Vegas
Priyanka originally hails from Michigan, but has since lived in different places and pursued various professional opportunities. She moved to Phoenix in 2022 and has now shifted to Las Vegas with her boyfriend, who was matched for residency in the city. This move has opened up new possibilities and a fresh start for her growing business.
The Evolution of Baby Bliss Physical Therapy
Priyanka’s business originally started under the name “Move the Feels.” This venture was inspired by her desire to help individuals, particularly those who have experienced generational trauma, regulate their emotions through movement. Over time, Priyanka recognized the potential to integrate her expertise in physical therapy with her passion for emotional well-being, leading to the birth of Baby Bliss Physical Therapy.
The idea behind Baby Bliss is to empower parents with the tools to aid in the development of strong emotional foundations for their babies from a very young age. Priyanka aims to achieve this by teaching parents effective movement patterns and mindset techniques. The goal is to prevent future mental health issues and promote overall well-being.
Comprehensive Services for Parents and Babies
Priyanka offers a four-week coaching program designed for babies aged zero to one year. This program is available in Las Vegas and virtually, and it focuses on providing efficient and effective sessions that can easily fit into busy parents’ schedules. Each session, which lasts 20 to 30 minutes, is specially designed to address the specific needs of the baby, ensuring that parents can gain the most benefit in a short amount of time.
In addition to the Baby Bliss program, Priyanka also provides an “Intentional Movement” program for parents. This program helps parents learn to regulate their emotions through a 20-minute exercise routine that connects emotions to physical movements. By doing so, parents can model emotional regulation for their babies, creating a harmonious and balanced environment at home.
A Mission Rooted in Personal Experience
Priyanka’s passion for her work is deeply personal. As an Indian-American, she has experienced the impact of generational trauma firsthand. Her journey through anxiety and depression led her to discover the healing power of movement and mindset techniques. This personal healing journey has inspired her to help others, particularly future generations, develop the skills to navigate life’s challenges with resilience and grace.
Community and Connection in Las Vegas
Since moving to Las Vegas, Priyanka has been warmly welcomed by the local community. She appreciates the kindness and support of those she meets, particularly at networking events. Priyanka is excited about the growth and opportunities in Las Vegas and looks forward to contributing to the community through her unique services.
Looking Forward
Priyanka’s vision for Baby Bliss Physical Therapy is to create a lasting impact on families by providing them with the tools to build strong emotional and physical foundations. Her dedication to preventing childhood mental illness and promoting well-being is at the heart of her work.
Whether you’re a local parent in Las Vegas or someone looking for virtual support, Priyanka Villanassery and Baby Bliss Physical Therapy offer a compassionate and practical approach to helping you and your baby thrive.
