In the heart of Sacramento, California, there’s a unique coaching practice that’s quietly transforming lives—especially those in the healthcare industry. Founded by Shante Kumar, a former nurse turned holistic wellness coach, Graceful Living Coaching Services is a sanctuary for those suffering from compassion fatigue and energy burnout.

With a background in nursing—spanning mental health work, charge nurse, manager, and corporate healthcare roles—Shante understands firsthand the toll caregiving can take. Her mission? To help nurses and healing professionals reset their nervous systems, restore their energy, and rediscover joy in their work and personal lives.

What Makes Graceful Living Different?

Shante blends ancient and modern healing modalities—including Kundalini Yoga, Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), sound healing, and thought therapy—to create tailored support for her clients. Her unique “healing toolbox” allows her to adapt to individual needs, understanding that one-size-fits-all doesn’t work when it comes to emotional, mental, and spiritual wellbeing.

💬 “Most of my clients come to me emotionally and physically drained—even after vacations or PTO,” Shante shares. “They’re stuck in a cycle of treating symptoms without addressing the root cause: energetic imbalance.”

🧠 For Nurses, by a Nurse

While her healing tools are universal, Shante primarily works with women in healthcare, particularly nurses aged 30–65. Many of them are still recovering from the emotional weight of working through COVID. “I was the nurse who needed this service,” Shante says. “So I created what I wish I had.”

🌍 A Vision for the Future

Shante envisions opening an in-person wellness and spirituality center to support individuals and families—not just healthcare workers. Her goal is to nurture the innate spirituality in children while helping parents heal from emotional wounds so they can be fully present for their families.

📍 Rooted in Sacramento

Having lived in Sacramento for over 20 years, Shante is deeply embedded in the local community. She’s held free workshops in Elk Grove, volunteers at her children’s school, and supports St. Joseph’s School for Native American children. Her city, she says, is the perfect mix of city energy and natural serenity.

💡 Why Choose Graceful Living?

Because Shante makes personal growth fun, accessible, and meaningful. No 50-step programs. Just intuitive, customized care that meets you where you are.

🧘‍♀️ Tagline (unofficial, but perfect): “If you’re ready for growth that feels good, I’ve got you.”
