Meet Philomena Moncoeur, the inspiring state president for Ms. Corporate America Florida. With a rich 25-year background in marketing, public relations, and communications, she’s on a Mission to empower women of all ages, professions, and stories through a unique blend of personal and professional development opportunities.
Ms. Corporate America (MCA) is not your typical pageant. This platform celebrates women aged 30-65 for their intellect, leadership, and impact in their communities. Unlike traditional pageants, MCA does away with swimsuit competitions and instead focuses on networking, personal growth, and professional development. Participants range from solopreneurs and mompreneurs to Fortune 500 executives, each bringing their unique stories and passions to the stage.
“Ms. Corporate America is about more than crowns,” says Philomena. “It’s about creating a sisterhood that uplifts women while allowing them to inspire the next generation.”

In a world where traditional beauty standards often dominate pageantry, MCA turns the focus to character, achievement, and community impact. “We aren’t about size, height, or fitting into a mold,” Philomena explains. “Our goal is to showcase the strength and purpose of every woman who participates. It’s not about being perfect; it’s about being authentic and impactful.”
Philomena’s tenure as state president is still new, but her ambitions are as big as they come. She envisions MCA reaching international audiences and expanding its network of empowered women. With Florida as her starting point, she’s committed to making MCA a beacon of light and hope for women everywhere.
Each state has its own pageant, culminating in a national event where state queens come together. Even those who don’t win still receive coaching, networking opportunities, and the chance to grow personally and professionally. “Every contestant is a queen in our eyes,” Philomena affirms.
Like many, Philomena faced a turning point during the pandemic. Having spent decades in face-to-face networking and events, she transitioned to the digital space, mastering the art of virtual communication. Through online platforms, she hosted events for thousands, creating opportunities for connection and support when it was needed most.
“The pandemic was a wake-up call,” she reflects. “It fast-tracked so many changes, and now we can use these advancements to reach women globally—virtually or in person.”
Beyond her professional endeavors, Philomena is a vibrant individual with a zest for life. A proud Caribbean woman, she loves cooking, traveling, and spending time with her large family. Her enthusiasm for life shines through in everything she does, from supporting women in business to sharing a meal with loved ones.
In a world where women still face unique challenges in business and leadership, Ms. Corporate America provides a platform for empowerment, visibility, and connection. It’s more than a competition; it’s a movement.
Philomena’s leadership embodies the values MCA stands for—strength, inclusivity, and the relentless pursuit of excellence. Whether you’re an entrepreneur, a corporate executive, or somewhere in between, MCA offers a space to grow, connect, and shine.
