Located in the picturesque town of Clatskanie, Oregon, R&C Clooten Construction LLC has earned a reputation as a trusted leader in residential and commercial construction. Led by Roger Clooten, this family-owned business brings over 40 years of expertise to every project, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship and an unwavering commitment to client satisfaction.
For Roger, construction is more than just a career—it’s a family tradition. Growing up in a household of builders, he honed his skills from a young age, working on everything from home framing to masonry and industrial projects. This rich foundation led to the creation of R&C Clooten Construction LLC, where Roger and his team are dedicated to turning their clients’ visions into reality.
“My family’s been in the building industry for generations. It’s not just a job; it’s a passion,” says Roger. This devotion to excellence is evident in every project they take on.
R&C Clooten Construction LLC specializes in a wide array of services, including custom home builds, kitchen and bathroom remodels, lot clearing, and large-scale excavation projects. Whether it’s a simple repair or a complex commercial build, Roger and his team handle every job with precision and professionalism from start to finish.
Kitchen and bathroom remodels are among the company’s most popular services. “These transformations not only enhance the value of a home but also improve our clients’ everyday lives,” Roger explains.
Beyond the construction site, R&C Clooten Construction LLC is deeply committed to the community. The company actively supports programs like Columbia County Community Action, assisting seniors and individuals on fixed incomes with home maintenance. Roger’s commitment to service and respect stems from early experiences helping his grandmother and her neighbors with small home projects.
“Helping the community has always been a core value for us,” he shares. “It started with small acts of service and has grown into something much larger.”
Roger’s wife, a Desert Storm veteran, plays an integral role in the business, managing the office and ensuring smooth operations. The company also proudly offers discounts to veterans, honoring those who have served.
As R&C Clooten Construction LLC enters its second year, Roger looks forward to expanding into larger commercial projects while preserving the personalized service that clients cherish. With a solid foundation built on experience, community involvement, and a dedication to excellence, the future of this local business is bright.
