R&R Auto Systems wants to focus on your car so you can focus on the road

Christopher Trippiedi and R&R Auto Systems is a family-owned business that provides Car Care you can count on. At R&R Auto Systems, Christopher, and his dad Michael, are experts that have honed their craft for over 3 generations, so, they know their business.

Christopher, Michael, and their team of 5 employees make up over 100 years of combined expertise, providing unparalleled services to their customers.  They work on all makes and models of vehicles and are keenly aware of changing technologies that require them to keep up and competently serve their customers. However, they do not work on tires, provide bodywork services, or perform car alignments.

R&R auto systems is named after their location, sitting at the intersection of Rainbow and Russell, making them easily accessible. They have been at this location for 24 years.

Chris states, ‘There are many good mechanics around,” and his sincerity is evident in his tone.  He easily makes this statement because he knows it takes nothing away from the services he provides because he stands on his integrity.  He knows the value he brings to his customers, the absolute care he carries in his heart coupled with master skills that make him stand out.  He understands that what he holds in his heart is translated to his customers by the unmatched level of service that the business provides day to day.

That is why one google reviewer states, “ I drive more than 30 miles to have them work on our Honda van.”

Many others laud his customer service as ‘the best’ while some state he is the most honest, with fair pricing.  All these reviews are a testament to what allows a business to survive 3 generations and keep growing.

Chris’ grandfather, Michael Angelo, started his business in New York in the 1940s and brought Michael on board to help when he was old enough. Michael, then did the same for Chris. You may say mechanic work is in their blood. Michael Angelo eventually decided to retire in Las Vegas and sold the business in New York. The rest of the family followed suit shortly thereafter. Michael then purchased and started his auto shop at their current location.

Chris has adapted to life in Las Vegas, but there is a bit of New York left in him as he still bleeds blue as a Giants fan. He is also a Knicks and Yankees fan, but to be fair, he will root for the LV Raiders if he must, as he just loves sports. He plays in a local softball league once per week and enjoys playing video games too.

His other loves are his family, his wife, and 2 boys, Angelo and Dominic. He’s keen on the impressions he leaves for his 2 boys as those made on him by his father, in the business, when he would go the extra mile to help a customer. These actions reinforced and shaped the person he has become. He remembers a particular customer from out of town who was stuck with an undrivable car and expensive estimates to repair. Chris decided to have the car towed to his shop, checked it out and realized, he could fix it for several hundred dollars less and a different issue altogether than the customer was told. The result: an incredibly grateful, happy customer, affirming that doing the right thing, is the right thing.

One tip Chris wishes to pass on is when you need a great mechanic, ask those you trust, but verify yourself, seek reviews, then test. Also, if the price seems too good to be true, it usually is!
