When it comes to protecting workers and ensuring every employee goes home safe at the end of the day, Kamryn Johnson, founder of Kaddy OHS, has made it his mission to help small and mid-sized businesses thrive safely. Based in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, Kamryn brings over a decade of experience in occupational health and safety to businesses nationwide—delivering expertise, integrity, and a personal touch rarely found in corporate consulting.

Kaddy OHS offers a wide range of occupational health and safety services, from hands-on training and policy development to specialized programs like drone inspections and site evaluations. Kamryn and his team provide tailored safety solutions that fit each client’s unique needs—particularly for companies that can’t afford full-time, in-house safety staff.
“Our goal is to help small and medium-sized companies that don’t have the corporate resources to hire a full-time expert,” Kamryn explains. “We provide that same level of support through a yearly retainer program, often at a fraction of the cost.”
One of the key principles behind Kaddy OHS is customization. Instead of relying on one-size-fits-all templates, Kamryn takes the time to build each client’s program from the ground up.
“Every company is different,” he says. “We create safety programs that are specific to their environment and risks. It may take longer, but the end result is something that truly fits their operations.”
This personalized approach helps Kaddy OHS stand out in an industry where many large firms focus on volume over value. For Kamryn, it’s about integrity and quality over shortcuts.
Founded in April 2025, Kaddy OHS is growing steadily—but intentionally. Kamryn believes that controlled growth helps maintain quality and preserve the company’s mission.
“I’ve seen businesses grow so fast that they lose their core values,” he shares. “I’d rather grow strategically and make sure we’re still providing the best possible service to our clients.”
That commitment to quality has already paid off. Kaddy OHS is expanding its reach throughout Pennsylvania, with clients from Philadelphia to Pittsburgh, as well as other states including Texas, New York, and Missouri.

The name “Kaddy” has a special meaning for Kamryn—a nod to his love for golf. “A golfer trusts their caddy to give them the right tools and information to succeed,” he says. “That’s what we do for businesses. We provide the right guidance and tools so their teams can perform safely. In a perfect world, a golfer hits a hole-in-one—and for us, that means every employee goes home safe.”
Before founding Kaddy OHS, Kamryn spent years in risk management, conducting investigations into workplace incidents, fraud, and safety concerns. That experience, combined with his time working across industries such as manufacturing, construction, and distribution, gives him a broad understanding of how to solve complex safety challenges.
He’s now a respected speaker and trainer, having recently served as a keynote speaker at a manufacturing conference and preparing to present to thousands in Dallas, Texas.
Beyond his business, Kamryn is deeply committed to giving back. He serves on the boards of both The Phoenix Pantry, which provides food and clothing to veteran families in need, and Safety Knights, an online community that offers free resources to safety professionals. He’s also a lifetime member of the VFW Auxiliary, honoring his strong connection to military families.
Originally from a small town in Missouri, Kamryn’s journey has taken him from tight-knit Midwestern communities to the heart of Pennsylvania. He values the convenience and opportunity of his new home but still cherishes the deep sense of community that shaped him.
“In Missouri, everyone knew each other,” he recalls. “If someone was having a barbecue, all the neighbors came. That sense of connection is something I’ll always carry with me.”
Outside of work, Kamryn is an avid golfer and a former ultramarathon runner, having completed grueling 100-mile races. These days, he enjoys spending time on the golf course or with his two energetic dogs—a Chocolate Lab and a Golden Retriever.
“I’ve actually signed more deals on the golf course than in a boardroom,” he laughs. “You learn a lot about someone’s character when you play golf with them.”
As Kaddy OHS continues to expand, Kamryn’s mission remains clear—to make professional safety services accessible and affordable for every business that needs them.
“I want small business owners to know that workplace safety doesn’t have to be expensive or complicated,” he says. “It’s about providing the right support, the right guidance, and helping people go home safe at the end of the day.”
