We sat down with this entrepreneurial couple for a quick interview:

Q: Why do you do what you do? 

A: “We are homeowners too! When we started, we hadn’t even cleaned a window before, so we practiced on our own home until we were happy with the results. It can be challenging to clean properly while also preserving the building envelope. We wanted to pass that knowledge and results on to other homeowners and property managers.”

Q: How did you get into this profession? 

A: “When we left our traditional jobs, we wanted to do something different that we could learn without a huge financial investment. We really dug in and learned how to care for all kinds of hardscapes, roofs, walkways – everything outside from top to bottom. The peace of mind and simplicity we offer earned us the ‘Best Cleaning Business Award’ from the Delano Chamber of Commerce in 2020.”

Q: Being a Restoration Contractor must present a variety of challenges. What’s the most difficult problem you have had to face? 

A: “Our website features an ‘Instant Estimate’ request that relies on data input by the customer. One request we received was for 20 windows. So we scheduled the job accordingly. When we arrived, it turned out it was 200 windows! Our team got it done anyway, in time for our other scheduled jobs.”

Q: If you could share one tip with the readers for choosing a restoration contractor, what would it be?

A: “Don’t be afraid to ask your service provider to explain everything in detail! Anything they say they will do, ask How and Why. The more in-depth they are willing to explain, the more passionate and genuine they are.”
