For the past 2 years, Jermain James and his JE MAINTENANCE & SERVICE team of professional HVAC and home contractors have been servicing everything in the Baytown and Houston area.

Q: Why did you decide on becoming an HVAC Technician?
A: I’ve always had an Entrepreneur mindset and the desire to have my own business. The opportunity presented itself to me and I jumped on it. I love helping our clients with their HVAC, home renovations, and repairs.
Q: How did you get into this profession?
A: I went to trades school and got my “Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Contractor’s” license for the state of Texas. I now have all my HVAC tickets that are currently required by law to fulfill any repairs or desires our clients may require. For the past twenty years, I learned from my mentors and have experienced firsthand what it takes to build my own business and earn the trust of my clients.
Q: Would you say that owning your own business has been a dream come true?
A: Absolutely! I learned a lot from my father and how to work with a team. That’s mine and his initials in ‘JE Maintenance and Service.’ Today, I can assemble my team to tackle any job. We like to focus on the comfortability of our client’s homes. Residential Renovations, commercial or even light industrial, doesn’t matter. We have very happy ‘five-star review’ clients and have the experience and confidence to tackle all types of jobs.
Q: What is your territory or the areas you service?
A: Right now, my main area is Baytown and its surrounding area. But I will go anywhere someone requires me. For instance, I know people in the Virgin Islands that require my services and plan to go there soon.
