For the past 10 years, Kenneth and Felicia Nash & their team of Honest & Negotiable pressure washers have been beautifying homes and commercial properties all over the Triad area.
“What makes us different is that we got the customer’s back,” said Kenneth, modestly. “We stay until the customer is satisfied and come back to take care of anything – no extra charge.”
Kenneth and Felicia are the owners of H&N Pressure Washing based out of Walkertown. H&N stands for Honest and Negotiable, two principles woven through his business and his community outreach activities. They are here to make your home smile. Originally hailing from New York, they settled in Walkertown in 2012. They are raving fans of the Walkertown High Wolfpack football team and root for the North Carolina Panthers.
Every community needs a Local Biz Hero, and Kenneth is just that. Beyond being a self-made entrepreneur with a high level of professionalism and a strong work ethic, Kenneth is also the Pastor of New Beginning House of Worship in Walkertown. With a passion for the community, his outreach programs include mentoring inner-city youth, helping seasoned citizens continue to apply their wisdom and skills, feeding the homeless, and helping people establish their lives and connect with God.
We sat down with Kenneth and Felicia for a quick interview:
Q: Why do you do what you do, and why is it important?
A: “People work all day to buy a dream home and end up with a home years later covered in dirt and algae. We want their home to smile, to restore it to the day it was purchased.” Kenneth added, “Homeowners can also be unaware that algae and mold on the outside of the house enter through the air vents and contaminate the home.
“We specialize in Soft Wash Pressure Washing that’s gentle on the property, but our organic chemical process also safely cleans and disinfects any mold, spores, and bacteria.” He noted carefully, “A non-toxic process for removing toxic mold, spores, and algae is not only crucial for allergy sufferers, but also for the general health of all occupants.”
Q: Do you offer other services besides pressure washing?
A: “We have an interior disinfecting and fogging service with state-of-the-art equipment that’s excellent for hard-to-reach services and even the HVAC system. It provides full, uniform coverage with a non-wetting, 100% evaporating technology.”
Q: What service area do you cover?
A: “The whole Triad area, as well as Raleigh, Charlotte, South Carolina – we aren’t afraid to travel! We are equipped to handle the smallest to the largest job with upgraded technology and insured crews.”
Q: What’s an aspect of your work that you find fulfilling?
A: “Showing youth how to be entrepreneurs and that there is more to life than just running around the streets. For example, we have a young man working with us now to learn the business. Eventually, he’ll have his own rig and will continue to bring value to the community as a business owner.”
Q: If you could share one tip with the readers for choosing a pressure washing service, what would it be?
A: “Here are three tips! 1. Look for a package price that covers everything. 2. Avoid companies that have separate charges and upsells on every little thing. 3. Request a free estimate and service demonstrations. Then choose someone honest, fair, and who provides quality work.”
For those of you who are looking for a professional pressure washing service for your home or office, Kenneth and the H&N team should be your first choice.
