Carli Collins-Leal is the Director of Guest Services of Elite VIP Tours, a Las Vegas native, born and raised, and what she loves about the city is its Night Life, that the Party never ends in VEGAS! Currently, the business is located in Las Vegas, Miami, San Diego, and New York, and they will soon expand to Amsterdam. They have a small office, but they are partners with the Who’s Who in Las Vegas!

We sat down with Carli for a quick interview –

Q: Why did you go into this business? Is there a special story behind it? 

 A: We wanted everybody to be Elite, to feel VIP. It is so hard to get into some of these places unless you know someone or have money to burn. We wanted everyone to get into the Top Night Clubs. We wanted everyone to feel like a celebrity by skipping the waiting lines, the hassle, and the cost. We were wondering how can we make going out easy and fun and doesn’t cost an arm and a leg? That’s when we decided to open a business that made it easy and affordable to be ‘ELITE,’ for everybody to be a VIP and help our guests to capture their lifetime memories, We wanted to help everybody celebrate their weddings, birthdays, and graduations, and we wanted them to do it in style! Elite VIP style!

Q: What’s the main problem you solve for your customers? 

A: Convenience, time, and frustration are the top 3 problems we solve daily for our guests. We are all about making and capturing memories for our clients. They don’t want to deal with the hassle of coordinating the evening out, navigating through shady promoters, or dealing with getting scammed on the strip. We take the hassle out of a night out on the town. We are a one-stop shop for all their Night Life dreams and desires! They can have their entire weekend planned by one of our representatives. Everything from dinner reservations and show tickets to bottle and table service at the hottest nightclub. We do our best to eliminate anything that would be a problem before it gets there, we also think it’s very important to manage expectations and be transparent in everything! We want to under-promise and over-deliver!

Q: What is the most significant event that ever happened to you and what did you learn from it?

A: I was diagnosed with cancer in 2018, I beat it, and then it came back in 2020, that same year my husband Alex passed away. The biggest lesson I’ve learned is that you only have one life to live so make it amazing! Laugh all the laughs, cry all the tears, eat all the food and drink all the wine! Party like there’s no tomorrow because nobody is promised one. It made me realize how much I love this life! How important it is to capture the moments because they are fleeting, and that’s why I love my job at Elite VIP Tours. I help people capture those moments and I help them to make those moments amazing!

Q: What’s the most unusual job/client interaction you ever had? 

 A: Mr. W! – We call him that because he is in the professional wrestling world. We love Mr. W. He has booked with us several times. He has eccentric and expensive taste, but he can also be a bit quirky. One of the more humorous requests involved several gallons of chocolate syrup, 2 entertainers who were 4’11 or less, and a kiddie pool. Without being too specific, it was by far the most bizarre night at work I’ve ever had. I guess it goes to show you that there is literally no request that we won’t fulfil. As long as it is legal, I’ll make it happen for you! What happens in Vegas, happens on Elite VIP Tours!
