After Five Prom & Bridal, a boutique that started with prom attire in 2019, resides in Alabama (Montgomery and Pleasant Grove locations), offering a diverse range of wedding attire and coordination services. Owner Derelya Webster-Harris, a Bessemer, Alabama native, and her dedicated team of store managers, Elisha Dudley and Kerri Bland, have been committed to providing exceptional customer service and unique options for their clients since day one.
Not your typical wedding gown boutique, After Five Prom & Bridal stands out from the competition with its custom designs, in-house brand Ella Noire Couture, and rental options. By the way, Ella Noire Couture is set to make a dazzling appearance at the prestigious New York Fashion Week in September 2023. This milestone event highlights the brand’s impressive rise in the world of bridal fashion and underscores its commitment to delivering extraordinary and diverse designs for brides everywhere.

The store caters to such a wide diversity of customers and generations, ensuring that everyone can find their dream gown or attire for their special event.
The inspiration for the business came from a frustrating experience Derelya had while shopping for a prom dress with her daughter in 2016. Dissatisfied with the limited options and subpar customer service, she decided to create a space that prioritized the needs and desires of customers. After expanding to offer wedding attire in 2022, the store has been recognized by the Wedding Rule as the 3rd Best Bridal Boutique in Montgomery, AL, and featured on Wedding Wire, the Knot, and Black Brides.
Derelya, who lives between Montgomery and Birmingham, Alabama, is not only a successful entrepreneur but also a huge Alabama Crimson Tide football fan and an avid reader and traveler. She enjoys giving back to her community by supporting charitable organizations like Daughters Need Mothers Too and donating to a local softball team.
With the business’s growth and success, Derelya has had many memorable client interactions, including a bride who practiced how she would become a runaway bride while trying on a gown. Derelya believes that there are so many stories to share that they could have their own sitcom.

After Five Prom & Bridal’s tagline, “Don’t get married without us!” perfectly encapsulates their commitment to providing five-star customer service and ensuring that clients have the best experience possible. The store prides itself on being part of local business networking groups and supporting the diverse cultures of the cities they serve.
If you’re planning a wedding or special event and searching for the perfect attire, consider After Five Prom & Bridal for a unique, personalized experience that will make your dreams come true.
