My Private Life Coach

For the past 3 years, Coach Alishba Panjwani and her My Private Life Coach team have been providing life coaching in US and Canada. She offers quality virtual coaching to her clients, protecting their confidentiality, to enhance their sense of well-being and self-acceptance.

“What makes us different is that we offer a tailored experience to each client. Our goal is not to reinforce the client’s preconceived notions–it’s to find the best path to their goal. I do extensive research on the specific needs and goals of each client and never lie to them to make them feel better at the cost of their big-picture goals. We provide a confidential and non-judgemental atmosphere for our clients who do not have anyone in their lives to offer unbiased opinions about their goals and weaknesses.”

Alishba, the owner of My Private Life Coach, is working in the coaching business industry for the past 10 years and is based in the Maryland area. She works with a full team of Financial Analysts and runs everything online, nothing geographic specific. She believes that this business has emerged from her own life’s experiences, so she gives her best with each client to understand their requirements.

Alishba charges a one-time discovery fee from her clients and offers monthly appointments instead of packages or long-term sign-ups. She also tracks the progress and prepares a report on goals to show ROI for the client, and the constant evaluation keeps the client updated with where they started, where they are, and where they want to be.

Alishba is married with two kids. She loves the East Coast and California as she finds people on the East Coast very driven and action-based. She is a Professional Chef, an expert in culinary & baking, and also a raving Roger Federer fan.

Alishba is what we like to call a Local Biz Hero, a self-made entrepreneur who brings true value to her community. High standards of professionalism and the strong work ethics of small business owners like Alishba are the infrastructures of Maryland’s economy.

Every dollar that Alishba makes goes back to supporting the local business ecosystem and the community as My Private Life Coach supports refugees and several food pantries.

Alishba Panjwani

We sat down with Alishba for a quick interview –

Q: Why did you go into this business?

A: I am a two-time business owner and trained life coach with real-world experience. I was trained by a therapist in coaching. I witnessed and experienced many life and professional needs during my time as a business owner that enables me to address those same problems for my clients. I told myself, “Let’s Sort it Out,” and that’s my tagline today.

Q: What is the main problem that you solve for your customers?

A: I want to work with clients who have experienced the real world and want their life to be different from where they are right now. I use a holistic approach that focuses on the client’s view of life, and in the process, I make their goals my goals. I reveal the hard truths in a non-confrontational manner so that clients get clarity and creativity to take accountability for their actions.

Q: What is the most significant event that ever happened to you, and what did you learn from it?

A: I always wanted a mentor, that would invest in my specific skills and goals rather than projecting their own life and ambitions onto me. Unfortunately, I never found that for myself, but that’s what I always try to be for my clients. I have learned how effective coaching helps you to be exactly who you are and do what you can do. I understood the need to have someone unbiasedly aligned with you to help you achieve your goals.

Q: If you could share one tip with the readers for choosing a Life Coach, what would it be?

A: Seeking help is the hardest step, but change begins with a single step. So, if you want to alter the course of your life, seek help and take action.

If you are not happy with where you are or where your life is headed, schedule a discovery session to talk with Alishba about your goals, plans, strengths, and weaknesses. You will experience a shift in your very being by being able to release old patterns and embrace new learnings, and ultimately live a life that you deserve.
