“I love it when I get to talk to someone before they buy the product,” Melissa explained. “It gives me a chance to walk them through the things I’ve tried, things that have worked and things that haven’t, so they can try those things before making a purchase. Then, if they think our products are the right fit for them, they can buy with confidence.”
A store featuring all handmade products, The Fab Friend only sells products that are free from harsh chemicals and have a focus on caring for skin. “If we’re going to include a chemical in our products,” Melissa explained, “it is because it is absolutely necessary and we know it’s not going to have a negative impact on the skin.”
