We sat down with Jennifer for a quick interview.
Why do you do what you do?
“We really like to help people who have a vague idea of what they want but need help in maybe some details and setup. We saw a need and enjoy doing it.”
How did you get into this profession?
“Aaron was into music, and saw in 2015 that music was going digital and technology was changing fast. So he became more enthused by the technical aspect of it and grew into what we are today.”
Being entrepreneurs, you work directly with many people, so we ask what’s the most unusual situation that ever happened to you on the job?
“When Aaron needed to drive two hours in the heat to deliver and help set up a monitor for an older gentleman that really needed help. There’s also sometimes silly questions that are easily answered if the customer reads the information too.“
If you could share one tip with the readers for choosing a monitor or audio visual electronics, what would it be?
“The most important thing is to know what the purpose, use and utility that you are looking for. If you know what you want to do, we can make sure you get a system that fits your needs. “
