By Stephan Franklyn on June 8, 2023

Nichica

For the past 7 years, Nichica Melton has been helping entrepreneurs get over the hurdles of business – especially the mental and emotional blocks that stand in their way.

“What makes me different is that I’ve started multiple businesses and I’ve gone through these roadblocks of being in business. I have a lot of experience in that regard but I make my services affordable to the bootstrapped entrepreneur.”

Nichica is the owner of What She Said Coaching. She’s lived in the Triad area of North Carolina for many years and of course loves the Greensboro Grasshoppers.

Nichica is what we like to call a Local Business Hero, a self-made entrepreneur who brings true value to her community. High standards of professionalism and strong work ethics of small business owners like Nichica are the infrastructure of the Greensboro economy.

Every dollar that Nichica makes goes back to supporting the local business ecosystem and the community as What She Said Coaching donates to St. Jude’s Children hospital, and the Sister’s Network charity, which helps women who are survivors of breast cancer. She also does volunteer work with High Point Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., and Habitat for Humanity. Rest assured that Nichica is one busy gal when it comes to helping her community!

We sat down with Nichica for a quick interview –

Why do you do what you do?

“I had been doing it for years as friendly advice without getting paid because that’s just my nature – I love to help when people have problems. Then I started noticing a pattern of people coming to me, some who had been in business for years and some people who were just starting. I recognized there was a real need for what I do, people were hungry for this information, but they needed to get it in an affordable manner. Thus, What She Said Coaching was born!”

Do you have any special awards?

“I have won several awards, received many honors, and I’ve spoken on stages across the country.  But the biggest reward continues to be the testimonies from my clients as they reach and exceed their goals.”

If you could share one tip with the readers for choosing a business coach. what would it be?

“Make sure you choose someone who’s actively listening to you and what you have to say. If they are not listening to you, they’re going to push their own ideas on you instead of helping you thrive as the person you are and becoming the person you are supposed to be.“

For those of you who are looking for a professional business coach who has multiple successful businesses under their belt, Nichica should be your first choice. She is also discounting the first 1 hour session by 33% if you go through her website. In that session, she plans on mapping out the next 6 months of your journey to success. Call Nichica at 209-640-4814, or visit https://www.whatshesaidcoaching.com/ and make sure to claim that discount!
