What’s the most unusual situation that ever happened to you on the job?

“I was working with a gentleman about his plan for life insurance. In talking with him, he made a statement that shocked me. He said that when he dies, he wanted it to be a real tragedy. I continued to work with him and found out that he was just trying to be funny. But the initial statement really stuck in my mind all these years later. “
