Born in North Dakota and now residing in Cheyenne, WY, Watson has developed a strong connection to the local community since moving there at the age of 7. Through life coaching, Watson supports men and women nationwide, aged 25-40, as they navigate the challenges of personal growth. Locally, she offers personal training services for youth athletes aged 5-17 in the Cheyenne area, focusing on helping them discover the athlete within and harness the life lessons sports can teach. And yes she is a huge advocate for Youth Sports!!

Watson’s unique approach sets her apart from the competition. She believes that finding the right life coach is about making a personal connection and that her role as a coach is to help clients discover the answers within themselves. With the help of her degree in Architecture and Structural Engineering post college, she has used those skills to transition into life coaching, personal training, strength and conditioning, and power lifting. Watson is well equipped to provide expert guidance to her clients.

In addition to her one-on-one work, Watson is excited to announce that she will be hosting her first live camps for youth athletes in the summer of 2023, further expanding her services and impact.

Watson is deeply committed to making her services accessible to all, regardless of their financial situation. If clients are unable to pay her standard rates, she is willing to work with them to make accommodations.

Outside of her business, Watson stays connected to the community through volunteer work as a parent for children’s sports events. In her free time, she enjoys crafting, painting, and making art.
